Danish Skønvirke Pewter Box, Early 20th Century

Early 20th-century Danish Skønvirke pewter jewellery box with a hinged lid, raised foliate decoration and a caramel-toned oval inset. Raised on four cast foliate feet with a wood-lined interior.

The base bears an unidentified maker’s mark depicting a stag within a triangle alongside the letters V-H-P. The lid is engraved with the owner’s monogram “KR”.

Condition
Good antique condition with patina and surface wear consistent with age. Light wear to the wooden interior, including a small mark to the base. The central inset is securely set.
