Each object is carefully packed with consideration for its material, age and fragility.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item appears to have been damaged during transit, contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the item, the packaging and the shipping box so that we can assess the issue and, where applicable, make a claim with the carrier.

Please retain all original packaging until the matter has been resolved.
