Refund policy

We hope that every object finds the right home. As each piece in the collection is individually sourced and often one of a kind, we encourage you to review all photographs, measurements and condition notes carefully before purchasing.

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us within this period before returning an item.

Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal and must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Items should be packed carefully and securely using appropriate protective packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as the customer is responsible for the item during return transit.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Exchanges are not guaranteed and are considered individually, depending on availability and the circumstances of the request. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
